ABOUT FOREST FOX

Forest Fox Architects is a Walthamstow-based residential studio founded by Theo Thysiades, following nearly twenty years working with respected, design-led London practices. His experience spans award-winning homes, housing, hotels and community buildings, developed from early ideas through planning, technical design and construction.

The studio was established to give homeowners access to thoughtful yet affordable design, accurate drawings and practical advice they can trust. Working across extensions, renovations, loft conversions and bespoke homes, Forest Fox combines intelligent layouts, natural light, carefully chosen materials and precise detailing to create spaces that feel calm, generous and uplifting.

A strong understanding of both design and construction helps the studio maximise each property’s potential, anticipate common problems and produce clear information for planners, consultants and builders.
